The age of Three Kingdoms witnesses the blooming of poetry in Kingdom Wei, which sets off the first surge of poems in the history of poetry and brings it the prestige of "Jian "an Essence" or "Han - Wei Style", while the bleak garden of poetry in Kingdoms Shu and Wu bears a poor harvest of poems. The phenomenon concerns the academic circle, yet up to now few, if any, papers have made a monographic study of it, though the topic is touched or mentioned by many. This paper makes a related analysis in terms of culture transmission, leader qualification, delegating criteria and educational status quo, trying to reveal the roots that keep the poetry of Kingdoms Shu and Wu lagging behind.
