摘要
采用细胞图像分析系统测定各型甲状腺癌、甲状腺腺瘤及正常甲状腺组织细胞核DNA含量。结果显示细胞核DNA异倍体含量：癌＞腺瘤＞正常组织，经统计学处理，P＜001。据此，我们认为甲状腺肿瘤细胞核DNA含量测定能客观定量地判断甲状腺肿瘤的增殖状态。
By using medical image Process system for DNA contents,26 cases of thyroid tumors that comprised adenoma 5, panilary adenocarcinoma 14, follilicthar areinoma 5, unfferentiated carcinomae 2 and normal thyroid tissue 3 were detected. The DNA contents in the number of polyplidy were:carcinoma the highest in amount, adenoma the medium and normal thyroid tissue the least,hence we Propose that the determination of DNA Ploidy in thyroid tumors may be used as an adjuvant to evaluate the Proliferative activity of thyroid tumor.
