随着高等教育改革的深化和快速发展,高校信访工作的任务日益繁重。高校只有转变观念,强化信访工作的创新意识、超前意识、公仆意识和网络意识,才能适应新形势的发展,从而为学校的改革、发展和稳定作出积极贡献。

The duty of university petition is more and more arduous along with deepening of reform and fast development of higher education. The university can adapt the new situation development only transformation idea ,strengthening innovative ideology, advancement consciousness, public servant consciousness and network awareness for making the positive contribution on the school reform, the development and stablity.
