摘要
根皮苷具有降低血糖、抗氧化等作用,目前已被应用于医药、化妆品、食品、植物组织培养等领域.对根皮苷的应用及目前用于分离纯化根皮苷的方法进行了综述,以期对根皮苷的开发利用提供帮助.
Phlorizin has some beneficial effects on the reducing blood sugar and oxidation resistance. At present, phlorizin is applied in medicine, food, cosmetic and tissue culture of plant and so on. In this paper, the applications of phlorizin and separation and purification techniques of phlorizin are reviewed to give some suggestions in uses and developments of phlorizin.
