摘要
针对目前住宅建设中愈来愈受关注的居住健康问题,通过实际调查数据,从居住的物理与社会环境两个方面使用多元统计中的因子分析方法建立数据模型,分别从3个层次对影响居住健康的各种因素以及因素下的评估点进行了分析,初步得到主要影响居住健康的物理因素和社会因素,实现了对居住健康影响评价指标体系结构的验证.
At present, the issue of healthy housing has attracted more and more attention in the area of housing construction. The paper has established the data model by the means of factor analysis of multivariate statistics based on the actual survey data, both from residential and social environment. The evaluating factor system has been verified through three levels. The results classified initially evaluating factor system into residential and social environment factors, and confirmed the rationality of evaluating factor system.
