活血降粘胶囊治疗缺血性脑卒中对照研究

A comparative study of capsules of promoting blood circulation to reduce vicosity in cerebral ischemic stroke

目的观察活血降粘胶囊治疗缺血性脑卒中的疗效及对患者脑血流的影响。方法将符合诊断标准的90例缺血性脑卒中患者随机分为两组,活血降粘胶囊加常规药物治疗组45例,常规药物治疗组(对照组)45例。疗程均为1mo。于治疗前和治疗1mo末采用经颅多普勒、神经功能缺损量表评定两组患者神经功能缺损改善情况及脑血流的变化。结果1疗程末治疗组总有效率86.7%,对照组73.3%,两组有显著性差异(P<0.05);两组神经功能缺损量表评分均较治疗前有明显降低,但治疗组下降明显于对照组,两组比较差异有极显著性(P<0.01);两组脑血管搏动指数和血管阻力指数均有明显改善,但治疗组改善更为明显,两组比较差异有极显著性(P<0.01)。两组均未出现明显不良反应。结论活血降粘胶囊可有效提高缺血性脑卒中患者的临床疗效、改善脑血流量,且用药安全。

Objective To observe the efficacy of capsules of promoting blood circulation to reduce vicosity（CPBCRV） in cerebral ischemic stroke（CIS） and effects on patients＇ cerebral blood flow（CBF）. Methods 90 CIS patients were randomly divided into therapy group（n= 45） receiving the CPBCRV plus, routine drugs and control group（n= 45） doing routine drugs for 1 month,improvements of neurologic impairment and changes of cerebral blood flow were assessed using transcranial doppler（TCD） and the Neurologic Impairment Sacle（NIS） before and afetr 1 month treatment. Results Afetr 1 month treatment,effective rates were 86.7% in the therapy and 73.3% in the control group respectively,which showed significant difference（P〈0.05） ;the NIS scores of both groups lowered more significantly compared with pre-treatment, those did more significantly in the therapy than in the control group （P 〈0.01） ; cerebrovascular pulsatility and resitance indexes of both groups improved obviously and did more obviously in the therapy group（P〈0.01）. Both groups had no obvious adverse reactions. Conclusion CPBCRV can effectively improve the clinical efficacy and the CBF and is safe in CIS patients.
