摘要
南水北调中线工程实施后,河南省受水区将形成一个由南水北调水、当地地表水和地下水、城市中水等多种水源的联合供水系统。针对南水北调来水过程不均,受水区水缺乏必要的调蓄工程等特点,分析制定了水资源配置原则,建立了多水源、多目标联合调算的水资源配置模型,通过长系列供需平衡计算,合理确定了不同受水区域和不同部门间的供需水量,并提出了如何充分利用南水北调水和当地水资源的建议和措施。为保障受水区水资源可持续利用、水环境得到恢复和改善、促进经济社会可持续发展提供了科学依据。
After implementation of the Mid-Route Project of the South-to-North Water Transfer, joint water supply system will be formed in Henna benefited region by water from the transfer, local surface water, ground water, urban recycled water. The paper has analyzed and established the principle for water resources allocation, its model for co-regulation of multi-water sources and multi-objectives. By balance calculation of demand and supply, water volumes in different areas and departments were determined.
