摘要 南水北调中线穿黄隧洞的盾构始发深度大、地质条件差、地下水位高、始发空间狭小,始发进洞时涌水涌砂的风险很大。施工中制定了严密合理的工序,重点对始发区进行高喷和冷冻加固,安全顺利地实现了盾构始发。 Starting up construction technology with shield machine in the Yellow River Crossing Tunnel of the Middle Route Project of South-to- North Water Diversion was difficult because location was with great depth, poor geological conditions, high groundwater level, limited starting up space and risk in spraying sand and water. We developed strict and reasonable working processes and did high pressure concrete spraying as well as freezing consolidation on the important starting up area, at last we successfully realized safe starting up.
