摘要
沙河漯河节制闸以抬高河道水位、改善河道景观为建设任务,系采用下卧式闸门的大型水闸。从发挥工程效益、保证防洪安全、防止泥沙淤积等方面出发,通过对洪水起涨段闸门开启的控制流量、库容排泄时间和流量、洪水消退段闸门关闭的控制流量等方面的研究,确定水闸调度运行方式。
Luohe Sluice is a large floodgate adopted the down-horizontal gate on Shahe River. Its construction mission is to take up the river water level and to improve the fiver view. From engineering performance, flood control safety respects, the paper studies control discharge for opening the sluice when flood rise, time and discharge of storage capacity, control discharge for closing the sluice when flood fade away to determinate the regulation and operation mode of the sluice.
