Discussion on Implementation of Classified Metering from the Viewpoint of Establishment and Improvement of Energy Conservation Supervision System

通过对建立健全国家机关办公建筑和大型公共建筑节能监管体系的要求,以及分项计量的现状分析,探讨新建和既有政府办公建筑、大型公共建筑实施分项计量的必要性,提出了分项计量的划分方法、计量仪表的设置原则和安装措施等。

By analysis of the status quo to the requirements for establishment and improvement of the energy conservation supervision system and classified metering of the office buildings for state organs and large-scale public buildings, the necessity of implementation of classified metering for new-buih and existing governmental office buildings and large-scale public buildings are discussed. And the dividing method of classified metering, setting measures of metering devices and installing principles, etc. have been put forward.
