摘要
分别以二倍体型(2n)、三倍体型(3n)卫氏并殖吸虫囊蚴、滞育童虫人工感染小鼠。结果少数两型囊蚴、滞育童虫在小鼠体内均可发育为大型童虫,但3n囊蚴及滞育童虫发育为大型童虫的百分比都明显高于2n。说明小鼠为两型卫氏并殖吸虫非适宜宿主,但3n较2n卫氏并殖吸虫更适宜。
Making artificial infection to rats by metacercaria and stagnant growing larvas of Paragonirnus westerrnani diploid form and triploid form. The result showed that less metacercarias and stagnant growing larvas of two form P. westerrnani could both become large stagnant growing ones, while the rate of recovery of large ones of triploid form is obvionsly higher than diploid form. It was said that mice were unsuitable host of two form P. westermani, while triploid form was more unsuitable than diploid form.
