摘要
目的研究乳腺癌免疫组化染色中的假阳性情况,分析其原因。方法以PBS代替一抗,使用免疫组化S-P法对40例乳腺浸润性导管癌进行染色。对假阳性病例,则使用非生物素方法或碱性磷酸酶显色系统进行比较。结果14例出现假阳性,占35%。使用非生物素方法后,假阳性消失;使用碱性磷酸酶显色时,假阳性仍然存在。结论内源性生物素是引起乳腺癌免疫组化染色假阳性的根本原因。
Objective To investigate the false positive in immunohistochemistry staining of breast cancer and to analyze the causes. Methods 40 breast invasive ductal carcinomas were examined with immunohistochemistry S-P method and the first antibodies were replaced with PBS buffer. For the false positive cases, the non-biotin method and alkaline phosphatase method were used for comparison. Results The false positive rate was 35% (14/40). The false positive disappeared after non-biotin method was used, yet still remained after alkaline phosphatase method was used. Conclusion The endogenetic biotin is the essential cause of false positive in immunohistochemistry staining of breast cancer.
