通过对同义词"多亏"和"幸亏"在句法功能上的各种用法的考察及其所处句子的句式语义的分析,可以看出:"多亏"是一个具有副词性特征的动词,"幸亏"是一个既起修饰又起连接作用的侥幸态副词。它们在语义的立足点上有很大差别:"多亏"主要用来对别人所给予的帮助表示感谢,"幸亏"主要是因某种有利条件而侥幸避免不良后果后的庆幸心理。两者在表达各自独特的语义时不能替换使用,

This paper surveys the various usages of ＂duokui＂ （ meaning fortunately） and ＂xingkui＂ （ meaning luckily） in the syntactic function and analyses their syntactic meaning in the sentences and concludes that ＂ duokui＂ is a verb with adverbial feature, while ＂ xingkui＂ is a quasi adverbial which plays roles of modification and linking. They are different in meaning： ＂duokui＂ is mainly used to express gratitude to some people who offer help while ＂xingkui＂ expresses ones lucky 15sychology after avoiding bad consequence owing to favorable conditions. The two phrases can not be interchanged when expressing each own unique meaning.
