摘要
利用N-正丁基异辛酰胺(BiOA)及二烷基亚砜(MSO)对废汽车催化剂浸出液中的铂、钯进行了萃取研究,提出MSO低酸度二级错流萃取Pd,BiOA高酸度二级错流萃取Pt的Pd-Pt分离工艺流程,Pt、Pd的萃取率能达到99%以上。
The extraction recovery of Ptand Pd from spent auto-catalysts leaching solution with N-butyl isooctylamide(BiOA)and dialkyl sulphoxide(MSO)is investigated. The flowsheet of separating Pt-Pd is proposed. The separation process includes two-stage co-extraction of Pd with MSO in low acidity and two-stage co-extraction of Pt with BiOA in high acidity. Extraction percentage of Pt and Pd can reach at more than 99% in this flowsheet.
