China has experienced 30 years of practice since she implemented the reform and open policy and achieved tremendous success,as has attracted the concern of the whole world.Comprehensively reviewing and summing up the process of implementing the reform and opening up policy,we have found that a most important basic experience is to follow unswervingly the road of development under the guidance of the correct theory with Chinese characteristics.China's reform practice shows that it is the socialism and market economy that have promoted China.Meanwhile,China also makes the socialism and market economy grow and endows them more living significance of the times.
