摘要
云芝真菌菌丝体分别于盛有GBP1和GPF1培养基的气升内环流反应器中进行发酵培养,用一套改装的NDJ—2G型旋转圆筒粘度计对培养基及发酵滤液进行精确的流变测量,结果发现流变特性对发酵过程有重要影响,故从流变学角度出发,对云芝真菌工业适用培养基的优选进行了探讨。
Polystictus versicolor was mycelial fermented in an internal airlift loop reactor filled with about 5 litre of GBP1 medium and GPF1 medium optimal designed by nutritional consideration.respectively.The rheological properties of the mediums and the supernatants were measured by using a set of refitted NDJ—2G type of rotating cylinder viscometer.The results showed that the rheological properties of mediums and supernatants had significant influences on the masstransfer and heattransfer,and as a result,the total time of fermentation process and the biomass were significantly affected and GBP1 medium was much better than GPF1 medium for this kind of higher fungi.Further research about the culture and the rheology with GBP medium series showed that GBP1 was better than other GBP mediums.So,from the view of rheology,jointly considered with fermentation processes,the mediums could be optimal designed.
