摘要
目的探讨脑干出血临床特点及诊治要点。方法回顾性总结我院近5年所诊治30例脑干出血的临床资料。结果本组30例中,死亡12例,放弃治疗8例,存活10例。结论脑干出血病情危重,变化快,死亡率高,通过早期气管切开,呼吸机支持等抢救治疗,可以最大可能挽救病员生命。
Objective：To discuss the clinical characterics and diagnostic and treatment evidence of brain-stem haemorrhage. Methods： To review clinical data of 30 patients with brain-stem haemorrhage by 5 years.Results： Among 30 patients,12 died,8 abandoned,10 lived.Concluslon： Brain-stem haemorrhage is dangerous case,change quickly, high dying rate, though early tracheotomy and sanina therapy, maxima rescue patients.
