In china,with the development of medic technology and the improvement of the peoples fight consciousness, the cases of the right infomed consent have been increased gradully at present. From this report, the authority that includes the origin and intonation of informed consent , hospital obligation, standand , exclusive informed consent and tort is explained systematically to build harmonious hospital-patient relationship.
