摘要
为了节省轴流泵的研发成本,应用结构化网格技术和有限体积差分格式并结合k-ε湍流模型,对相对坐标系下的三维雷诺平均N-S方程进行求解,对在同一设计工况下的相同流道几何尺寸的2个轴流泵叶轮内部的三维紊流场进行了数值计算与分析,得到了其内部流场、压力场的分布情况,预测了水泵的水力性能,选择出了性能较优的水泵叶轮。
By using structural grid technology and finite volume difference scheme and by combining the k-ε turbulent model, the average N-S equation of three-dimensional Reynolds in relative coordinate system is solved to save the cost of axial flow pump research. Numerical calculation and analysis of the three-dimensional turbulent field inside the impeller of two axial flow pumps with the same geometry dimension of flow passage under the same design conditions are conducted. The distribution of their internal flow field and pressure field is obtained, their performances are predicated, and the impeller with the better performance is selected.
