摘要
以发电总效益最大为目标建立了梯级水电站中长期优化调度数学模型,并以清江梯级水电站为例,分别对丰水年、平水年、枯水年进行优化调度,取得了较好的效果。与以发电总量最大为目标的调度方法相比,该调度方式可增加发电总效益,同时在目标函数中考虑水库蓄能更能体现水能资源的可持续性,更符合实际情况。
As the implementation of the national policies about energy conservation and emission reduction, hydropower as a pollution-free renewable energy will be adopted prior to others by the electric network. In the time-shared price sit-uation, there has been a great change occurred in the goal of optimal operation of cascaded hydropower stations. With the benefit of the power generation as the maximum target, the maths model for optimal operation of the medium-long-term cascaded hydropower stations is established. And taking Qingjiang cascaded hydropower stations for an example, the optimal operation in high flow year, normal flow year and low flow year respectively is carried out with better results obtained. Compared with the traditional operation method based on the maximum target of power generation, this operation method can realize the benefit maximization of power generation by cascaded hydropower stations and increase the power generation benefits. Taking reservoir energy storage as objective function can reflect the persistence of water resources,and it is more in line with the actual situation.
