摘要
介绍一个以电路仿真为基础、以故障字典为核心的模拟电路故障诊断系统的设计及关键技术,设计了以SPICE程序为基础的电路仿真器,分析了通过仿真方式模拟电路在不同状态下的各种特征参数并用之建立故障字典的方法,进而实现模拟电路的故障字典诊断。
Fault diagnosis system for analog circuits based on simulation and using the fault dictionary as its kernel is introduced. The circuit simulator is designed based on SPICE. The fault dictionary is built on characteristic data of analog circuits working in various states which are generated by the simulator. Fault diagnosis of analog circuits is realized by using fault dictionary.
