摘要
提出了考虑谐波因素并计及投切代价的配电网电容器优化投切模型,考虑节点电压畸变率的约束条件可使优化方案在避免谐波放大前提下降低网损。在模型的目标函数中计及补偿电容器的投切代价使动态优化问题对时间解耦,使优化既能具备常规静态优化计算简单的优点,又能有效避免电容器的频繁投切。对此模型提出了基于改进微粒群算法的求解方法。算例分析表明,该模型具有实用性、最优性和实时性。
Optimal capacitor switching is formulated with harmonic distortion consideration in the distribution net-work. In the formulation, the switching cost is introduced into the objective function in order to avoid the frequent switching which may reduce the life span of compensated capacitors. For preventing the resonance and magnification, the maxi-mum ratio of harmonic voltage distortion limit is taken into consideration as well as the system operation constraints, capacitors capacity operation constraints in the modeling. This paper presents an adaptive particle swarm algorithm (APSO) for optimal capacitor switching problem. Computation procedures of applying this method are described in detail. The proposed model and approach have been implemented and tested on a modified IEEE 9-bus distribution network with promising results.
