农民工作为一个特殊的社会群体,其权益问题愈来愈受到各方面的重视。要在思想观念上改变、政治制度上安排、经济权益上保障、社会舆论上宣传、体制上改革、机制上创新。要根据我国经济发展水平和社会进步状况,综合治理,标本兼治,循序渐进加以解决。只有亿万农民工的基本权益得到切实的保障,才能充分实现社会的公平和正义,才能促进和谐社会的构建。

As a particular social group, the peasant workers＇rights and interests are paid more and more attention by all respects. So we should change our idea, arrange some necessary thing in our political system, guarantee their economic interests, propagate by public voice, reform the system and innovate the frame. We＇d better base upon China＇s economic developing level and social progress situation, treat the social problem comprehensively and solve it progressively. Only if the peasant workers＇ rights and interests are guaranteed effectively, can we achieve the social fairness and justice and can we promote the construction of the harmonious society.
