摘要
针对我国飞机行业CAE发展现状以及模线样板设计与制造中存在的问题,分析了数字化环境下模线样板所起的作用;为了缩短模线样板的设计与制造周期,基于CATIA构建了模线样板并行设计平台;对模线样板设计模式进行了改进,形成了模线样板结构设计、工艺设计和虚拟装配的并行过程。通过实际应用,证实了平行设计系统是有效的。
MLO and Template play very important roles in aircraft outline design and manufacture,but the function of MLO and template has got some remarkable diversifications under aircraft digital product module. The serial design manner of MLO and template constraints and delays the course of aircraft digital process,so it is indispensable to research on the concurrent design for MLO and template under digital product module. The function of MLO and Template under new environment of digitized aircraft product module is investigated basing the CAE actuality in aerial industry,and the roles of MLO and template in aircraft digital process are cognized in this paper. A concurrent design technique for MLO and template under digital product module is presented for the purpose of reducing design time. In the technique,the design,manufacture and assemblage of MLO and template are developed under concurrent manner. The validity of this concurrent manner is proved by practice application.
