摘要
首次采购日本某公司动叶片材料K11C64A,并试生产成品叶片。由于没有该材料成熟的热处理工艺规范,仅从材料的成分和力学性能要求分析,通过生产试制并改进工艺,最终确定淬火+回火的热处理工艺规范,使其力学性能,叶片锻件热处理后的金相组织为典型的板条状马氏体,板条中局部区域存在高密度位错,在晶界和板条中还有一定的点状碳化物。这种组织决定了该材料具有较高的综合力学性能,特别是高温持久性能完全达到使用要求,并已批量生产,效果良好。
K11C64A for rotor blade of Japanese company were firstly purchased in the domestic,and attempted to product the finished blade. But the mature heat treatment process was not worked out about K11C64A in the domestic. From material component and requirement of mechanical properties,technology of quenching and tempering was finally set up by product and improvement of technology. This technology makes the blade mechanical properties and the microstructure after heat processing to be the typical lath strip martensite,and there has high-density dislocation part areas of the lath,also has certain points carbide in the crystal boundary and lath. This kind of structure causes the mechanical properties of rotor blade,special high temperature stress-rupture strength had reached requirement of using,and produced mass manufacturing with good effect.
