经济欠发达地区可持续发展能力评价研究--以河南省信阳市为例

Study on Evaluation of Sustainable Development Capacity in Economic Undeveloped Region

阐述了经济欠发达地区实现可持续发展过程中存在的弱势和面临的问题,并根据其特点构建了经济欠发达地区可持续发展能力评价的指标体系与评价方法.以信阳市为例,选择1990、1995、2000、2003和2005年的数据对信阳市社会经济发展增长时期的可持续发展能力进行评价,综合能力持续增强.结果表明,建立的指标体系和方法适用于经济欠发达地区的可持续发展能力评价.

This paper gives explanations on the problems which emerged in economically undeveloped regions in the process of sustainable development. Based on these analysis, the approach and indicator system of evaluation were established. The sustainable capacity is evaluated by the data of Xinyang in 1990, 1995, 2000, 2003 and 2005. The result indicates that the sustainable capacity was strengthened in recent years. This approach hold true in evaluation of sustainable capacity of economically undeveloped regions.
