摘要
通过巯基棉分离富集后,采用火焰原子吸收分光光度方法成功测定了平菇中的痕量铅,并对富集铅的条件及洗脱条件、干扰因素进行了探讨.实验回收率在95.0%~99.0%,RSD<4.0%.方法简单易行、方便快速,结果令人满意,可用于测定食用菌中的痕量铅.
The determination of trace lead in mushroom after separating and enriching with sulphydryl cotton by FAAS is described in this paper. The enriching and eluting conditions were studied, The recovery of lead is 95.0% - 99.0%, RSD is less than 4%. Sulphydryl cotton is effective in eliminating the interference for common existing elements. The method is fast, simple and convenient.
