钨酸钠-盐酸二氧丙嗪体系的光谱研究及其分析应用 被引量:2

摘要 在磷酸介质中,盐酸二氧丙嗪能够与钨酸根缩聚的同多酸根阴离子反应形成离子缔合物,导致共振光散射信号显著增强,其最大散射峰位于363nm处.研究了该体系的吸收光谱、共振光散射光谱、最佳实验条件、影响因素及共存物质的影响.增强的共振光散射信号与盐酸二氧丙嗪的浓度在0.2~6.0mg/L的范围内呈正比,检测限为2.14μg/L.将该方法用于药物中盐酸二氧丙嗪的测定,回收率在95.7%~102.8%之间,并与药典法进行了对照. The resonance light scattering intensity of dioxopromethazine hydrochloride was enhanced greatly in phosphoric acid medium by using tungstate as probe. The maximum scattering peak exists at 363 nm. The spectral characteristics of absorption and resonance light scattering were studied. The optimum conditions for the reaction and the effects of some foreign substances were also investigated. Under the optimal conditions, there was a good linear corrrelation between the relative intensity of resonance light scattering and the concentration of dioxopromethazine hydrochloride in the range of 0.2 -6.0 mg/L, with the detection limit of 2.14 μg/L. The method was applied to assay dioxopromethazine hydrochloride tablets with the recoveries of 95.7% - 102.8%. The results were compared with those obtained by Chinese Pharmacopeia method.
