摘要
依据技术经济学原理与方法,辩识国内重要研究成果的疏忽,指出现金流量贴现分析法(如NPV指标)评价单项(如精准施肥技术)精准农业绩效的局限性,建构了基于实物期权定价法评估精准农业项目的实用模型。
According to the principle and method of technical economics, this paper debated the negligence in domestic important research results, and pointed out it localized applying the discount cash flow method （such as NPV index） to evaluate the performance about monomial precision agriCultUral, such as precise fertilizer technology, finally constructed applied model of precision agriculture project evaluation based on real option pricing method.
