摘要
为解决我国小城镇中环境污染、资源浪费问题,关键是发展循环经济,建设循环经济型小城镇,其中重点是构建生态产业体系,即发展生态农业、工业和服务业,根据小城镇的各自的特色,构建农业生态园、生态工业园以及发展生态旅游等经济活动,使小城镇得到可持续性发展。
The key to solve the problems of environmental pollution and the waste of resource of our country＇s small towns are developing the circular economy and constructing circular economic small towns. In order to do such things, the very important performance is the construction of eco-industrial system, namely, developing eco-agriculture, eco-industry and service, and constructing eco-agrieuhural developing zone, eco-industrial developing zone and developing eco-tourism for the sustainable development of our country＇s small towns.
