摘要
在25℃,利用两相滴定法测定了对-叔丁基杯芳烃乙酸tBu[4]CH2COOH和tBu[6]CH2COOH在纯水中的溶解度S和离解常数Ka,氯仿中二聚常数K2和氯仿-水两相之间的分配系数KD。实验测得tBu[4]CH2COOH:S4=(2.03±0.04)×10-4mol/L,Ka,4=(1.50±0.02)×10-5,KD,4=1.55×102和K2,4=3.73×102;tBu[6]CH2COOH:S6=(1.25±0.05)×10-4mol/L,Ka,6=(8.71±0.05)×10-6,KD,6=1.28×102和K2,6=3.88×102。
Some basic constants of p-tert-butylcalixarene acetic acid ^tBu [ 4] CH2 COOH and ^tBu [ 6 ] CH2 COOH including solubility(S) in water, dissociation constant(KS) in aqueous solution, dimerization constant (K2 ) and distribution constant (Ko ) between water and chloroform were determined at 25 ℃ by two-phase titration method. The results are as follows: ^tBu[4] CH2COOH: S4 = (2. 03 ±0. 04) × 10^-4 mol/L, Ka,4 = (1.50±0.02) ×10^-5, KD,4 =1.55×10^2 and K2,4 =3.73×10^2.^tBu[6]CH2COOH: S6=(1.25±0.05) × 10^-4 mol/L, Ka,4 = (8.71 ±0. 05) × 10 ^-6, KD,6 = 1.28 ×10^2 and K2,6 =3.88 × 10^2.
