摘要
工艺润滑可以有效地降低轧制力能消耗,减少金属损失,改善表面质量。根据工厂的特定条件,对乳化液Ⅰ、Ⅱ做了对比试验,结果表明:在相同的条件下,使用乳化液Ⅰ比使用乳化液Ⅱ,轧制力平均降低40.7%、轧制能耗平均降低33.3%、每班节水约0.6m^3;辊耗减少0.11kg/t、中间废品率降低0.2%;油耗降低0.27kg/t,可以在体积浓度1.4%使用。乳化液腐败会直接导致其防锈性能下降,最终使乳化液Ⅱ报废;所以延长乳化液使用周期必须加强使用维护,乳化液槽内温度应控制在50~55℃。
Rolling technology lubrication can reduce the pressure and energy consumption of rolling, metal loss, and improvement the surface quality of sheet strip. According to the specific conditions in the plant, contrast test of two kind of rolling emulsion has been done. The results show that under the same conditions, rolling emulsion I is better than rolling emulsion II, the former can average reduce the pressure of rolling 40.7%, reduce the energy consumption of rolling 33.3% , save water about 0. 6m^3 per shift, reduce roller loss 0. 11kg/t, reduce middle defective index 0. 2% , reduce oil consumption 0.27kg/t, can use at volumetric concentration 1.4%. Corrupt performance of rolling emulsion can eaus'e directly its rust prevention performance to fall, which finally cause rolling emulsion Ⅱ to discard, to lengthen its cyclic , we must reinforce application and service, and control temperature of tank of rolling emulsion between 50℃ and 55℃.
