摘要
蚯蚓生物处理城市污水污泥过程中,有机质、全氮含量表现出下降,速效磷、交换态钾和硝态氮的浓度增加。重金属Mn、Zn、Ni、Pb、Cr和Ag的全量减少。Mn、Zn和Cr的浓度降低水平最大分别达到30%-40%,18%-27%和19%-22%。可移动态的Cu浓度降低达到38%-62%,而可移动态的Mn、Zn、Ni、Pb、Cr、Co和Cd达到了17%-44%。蚯蚓处理以高灰分城市污泥№1为主要成分的培养料时,利用有机氮的微生物群数量与最小值相比增加了10-16倍。处理以低灰分的城市污泥№2为主要成分的培养料时,微生物群的数量增加了24-41倍。
Total organic matter, total N contents decreased and available P, exchanging K concentration increased after earthworm treated urban sewage and sludge. At the same time, the total of heavy mental Mn, Zn, Ni, Pb,Cr and Ag concentrations decreased. The concentrations of Mn, Zn, Cr decreased 30%-40%, 18%-27% and 19%-22%, respectively. Mobile Cu concentration decreased 36%-62%. However, mobile Mn, Zn,Ni, Pb, Cr, Co and Cd concentration decreased 17%-44%. Urban Sewage and sludge treated by earthworm resulted in increasing of main microbe activities of microbial population. Earthworms dispose the training materials which contain high ash urban sludge №1, the number of microorganisms which use organic nitrogen increase 10-16 times than those with the minimum. Earthworms dispose the training materials which contain low ash urban sludge №2, the number of microorganisms increase 24-41 times.
