集成稳压器中基准电压源模块的研究与设计

摘要 基准电压源是集成稳压器的一个核心模块,它是影响集成稳压器精度的最主要因素,其中的带隙基准源具有高稳定度、低温漂、低噪声等优点。文章对带隙基准电压源的研究将基于数字CMOS工艺,先通过对传统和现有的带隙基准电压源的基准电压进行分析和计算,明确带隙基准电压源的设计方向和设计难点;然后利用选定的工艺线器件模型,对电路进行设计;最后通过反复进行HSPICE仿真模拟,对电路进行改进,使电路性能达到所要求的指标。 Voltage reference, the core block of the integrated voltage stabilizer, is one of the most important factors that influence the accuracy of stabilizer. Especially, the bandgap reference investigated exhibit both high stability and low temperature coefficient, also has low noise. The investigation to the bandgap reference in the paper is based on the standard digital CMOS process. The paper will analyze and calculate the reference voltage of the conventional and nowadays bandgap voltage references, and clarify the direction and difficulty in design, then use the applied parts model of the art process, design a new bandgap reference circuit, finally, improve the circuit by the HSPICE simulation to achieve the requirements.
