摘要 为了促进我国液力偶合器传动液的技术普及和广泛生产,文章对国内外的液力偶合器传动液进行了大量的研究,并就液力偶合器传动液性能特点进行了详细阐述,以期为我国液力偶合器生产厂家和广大用户提供选择液力传动液的理论依据。得出结论:一般情况,液力偶合器的工作液选用油介质传动液,对防爆、防燃的工作环境,一定要采用难燃液;油介质最佳为透平油,难燃液最佳为磷酸酯。 In order to promote the transmission technology popularization and widespread production of China's hydraulic coupling, this paper carries out a large number of research on the domestic and international transmission liquid of the hydraulic coupling,and specially describes the performance characteristics of transmission liquid in details, in order to provide theoretical basis to China's hydraulic coupling manufacturers and the vast majority of users on how to choose hydraulic transmission liquid. The conclusions are as the follows:that in general, we select oil medium transmission liquid as the hydraulic coupling, but if the work situation is the explosion-proof or the flame-working environment, we must use flame retardant liq-uid, turbine oil is the best oil medium, and the best solution of the fire resistant liquid is flame retardant phosphate.
