摘要
由于体制机制等因素的制约,国有企业中的专业技术人才的待遇、地位、福利等与他们的期望值有一定的差距,造成了国有企业中的专业技术人才流失,这个问题已经制约着国有企业的可持续发展,如何采取切实可行的措施加以解决成为摆在我们面前的迫切问题。
Because of the restrictions of the system and mechanism and so on,the professional and technical personnel's treatment,status,welfare and so on have certain disparity with their expectation.It has caused the professional and technical personnel's outflow in state-owned enterprises. This problem has already restricted the sustainable development of state-owned enterprises. The urgent question in front of us is how to take practical and feasible measures to solve this problem.
