摘要
借助计算机数值模拟技术,研究引伸成形过程中引伸模的振动特性,通过分析不同引伸速度下引伸模的振动曲线,归纳出速度对成形精度的影响,为引伸的精密成形提供技术依据。
With the support of numerical simulation technology,the article research on the drawing mould vibration in the drawing forming process.At the basis of vibration curve of drawing model under different drawing speed.It come to the conclusion that the impact of speed over forming accuracy,the investigations provide basic foundations for drawing precise forming.
