白金针菇子实体的单、双糖组成及其含量分析

HPLC Analysis of Mono-and Disaccharides in Fresh Fruit Bodies of White Flammulina velutipes

采用高效液相色谱法定量测定5个白色金针菇子实体样品中的单糖和双糖,采用Agilent ZORBAX Carbohydrate分析柱(4.6 mm×150 mm,5-Micro),75%乙腈(V/V)为流动相,流速1.0 mL/min,30℃柱温,示差折光检测器(35℃),检出供试样品中含有7种单糖和双糖(鼠李糖、木糖、果糖、葡萄糖、半乳糖、蔗糖、乳糖),每个样品中各种糖的含量各不相同,含糖种类也有一定的差别,但5个样品都以乳糖和果糖为主。

HPLC analysis of the mono-and disaccharide content of fruit bodies of five white F. velutipes strains revealed the presence of rhamnose,xylose, fructose,glucose,galactose,sucrose and lactose. Saccharide composition varied among the different strains although fructose and lactose were the main saccharide components in every case.
