加镧液体培养灰树花菌丝富集有机硒的研究 被引量:4

摘要 研究了稀土元素镧(La)对灰树花菌丝体富集有机硒的影响。结果表明,镧对灰树花菌丝富硒有促进作用,当玉米培养基中镧添加浓度为100 mg/L时,菌丝产量和有机硒转化率最高。借用正交试验表设计组合试验,结果表明,采用马铃薯培养基,培养时间8 d,镧和硒的添加浓度分别为100 mg/L和50 mg/L,在此条件下,菌丝产量19.52 g/L,硒转化率达16.48%。 The effect of lanthanum supplementation on selenium accumulation by Grifola frondosa mycelium grown in submerged culture was evaluated. When grown in a corn powder-based medium supplemented with different concentrations of lanthanum (20-300 mg/L), the maximum mycelial yield achieved was 18.58 mg/L, and 15.72% of the selenium initially present in the culture medium (50 mg/L) accumulated in the fungal mycelium. Combination tests involving fungal growth in four types of basal media (wheat bran, soybean, potato, corn powder) supplemented with different concentrations of selenium and lanthanum, and for different culture periods, revealed that the optimal conditions for selenium accumulation were eight days growth in a potatobased medium supplemented with 100 mg/L La and 50 mg/L Se. Under these conditions, the mycelial growth yield was 19.52 g/L, and 16.48% of the added Se accumulated in the fungal biomass.
