摘要
采集芦花鸡血液分离血细胞,成功提取了线粒体DNA,并通过PCR反应扩增出了D-Loop区高变区序列。测序后发现,芦花鸡线粒体DNA D-Loop区高变区序列长590bp,A、T碱基含量占56.1%,G、C碱基含量占43.9%。
In this paper,mtDNA of Luhua chicken was extracted from the blood cell and D-Loop partial sequence was amplified by PCR in the present study. Through sequencing,it was found that the acquired fragment is 590 bp in length,the content of A and T,G and C is 56.1% and 43.9% respectively.
