摘要
采用每周1次、连续3周腹腔注射福氏完全佐剂(CFA)0.5ml和链脲佐菌素(STZ)25mg/kg方法诱发SD大鼠糖尿病,分别测定其空腹及糖负荷1h后血浆中血糖、胰岛素、C肽、胰高血糖素和生长抑素的浓度。结果发现病鼠血糖、胰高血糖素和生长抑素浓度增高,胰岛素和C肽浓度降低。糖负荷1h后血糖、胰岛素、C肽和生长抑素水平上升,胰高血糖素水平下降。这一结果提示α、β、D细胞分泌的生物活性物质在糖尿病发生过程中相互作用。
The experimental diabetic model was established in SD rats by intraperitoneal injection of complete Freund's adjuvant (CFA) and streptozocin (STZ,25 mg/kg) once a week for 3 weeks.The plasma levels of glucose (BG),insulin (Ins),Cpeptide(CP),glucagon (Gluc) and somatostatin (SS) were measured by RIA at fast and 1hour after sugar tolerance.The results showed that the levels of BG,Gluc and SS were significantly increased,While Ins and cp were decreased at fast.One hour after sugar tolerance,the level of BG,Ins,cp and SS was increased markably,while Gluc was decreased.The results suggest that the functional interaction of the α,β,D cells of the pancreas play an important role in diabetes mellitus.
