加快电子政务建设 助力地方经济发展——浅析甘肃电子政务发展的现状及对策

Accelerate the Construction of E-Administration Assist the Local Economic Development——On the analysis of current situation and countermeasures of e-administration development in Gansu Province

电子政务的发展水平不仅是衡量一个政府内部效率的重要指标,也是影响地方经济投资软环境的重要因素。甘肃省已经正式将电子政务的发展作为"十一五"期间主要的政府工作之一,期望通过电子政务的建设来改变和提高全省各级政府的办事效率。本文力图在阐明电子政务建设促进经济增长的作用原理的基础上,以甘肃为例,分析现状、提出建议。

The development level of e-administration is not only an important index to judge the efficiency of the government,but also a key factor to affect the investment environment of local economy. Gansu Province has formally listed the development of e-administration as one of main jobs during the period of ＂the Eleventh Five-Year＂ period, expecting to change and improve working efficiency of the governments of all various levels through the construction of e-administration. The article tries to take Gansu Province as example to analyze the current situation, put forward the suggestion, on the basis of the theory that e-administration can oromote economic growth.
