摘要
接触问题属于结构非线性问题。以二合一读卡连接器弹片的接触为例,在MSC.Patran中建立产品的有限元接触模型,分析探讨了接触分析中有限元算法。运用LS-DYNA求解器对弹片的接触强度进行了分析,分析的结果为电子类产品弹片的接触问题提供了分析的理论依据。
Contact problem is nonlinear structure. Based on the contacts of 2in 1 reader connector, analyzes and discusses algorithm of FEM on contact analysis.Product contact FEM model is established by MSC. Patran.LS-DYNA solver is used to analyze the contact strength of shrapnel,and the analysis result provides a theoretical basis for the shrapnel contact problems of electronic products.
