摘要
有限元方法和软件技术在汽车结构分析中占据了极其重要的位置。应用Hypermesh软件,能够对复杂的车架结构进行有限元建模。分别从网格划分、焊点连接、施加载荷和约束等方面对某四驱越野车车架的建模过程进行了阐述。以有限元模型为基础,并根据有限元力学分析基本平衡方程,应用OPTISTRUCT求解器对车架模型进行了计算。得出了其相应的位移分布云图及最大位移点。通过计算车架的扭转角和扭转刚度,对车架进行了扭转刚度校核。
A nalytical method and software technology of finite element plays a very important role in automobile structural analysis. Using the Hypermesh software, we carry on finite element model for the complex frame structure: From grid division, spot connection, preload and constraint,it describes the process modeling of some four wheel driven off-road vehicle's frame. A ccording to the static equation of finite element, we use OPTISTRUCT software and carry on the computation of the frame base on the finite element model We obtain displacement cloud chart and the biggest displacement node of the frame.Through calculating the angle of torsion and the torsional rigidity, we check the torsional rigidity of the frame.
