摘要
应用ANASYS软件直接建立某轻型载货汽车车架实体模型,并进行模态分析,得到其固有频率及振型特征。据此对车架结构参数进行修正,以使发动机的常用工作频率介于其两固有频率之间,避免了共振,为整车优化设计及进一步的研究与实验提供参考依据。
Physical model of chassis is created directly and modal analysis is done in ANSYS. Then the natural frequency and characteristics of mode types are gaineod. By this result, the structure parameter of chassis is modified to make the commonly used operating frequency of engine lie between two natural frequencies. That can avoid resonance effectively. At the some time, the reference for optimum design of the whole truck and further research is offereod.
