摘要
设计了一种基于VB6.0的液压实验台计算机测控系统。此系统建立了测试数据库,实现了液压传动试验的数据采集及处理、液压实验的特性曲线绘制等功能,并通过主机与PLC的通讯实现系统的控制功能。操作简便,功能强大,可完全满足液压传动实验的测试要求。并介绍了基于插值原理的实验数据处理方法,以液压马达性能测试实验为例,验证了液压传动实验中数据处理系统的功能。
It has designed one kind based on the VB6.0 hydraulic pressure laboratory bench computer observation and control system. This system has realized hydraulic transmission experiment functions and so on data acquisition and processing hydraulic pressure experiment characteristic curve plan and test database, and through main engine and PLC communication realization system control function. This system operation is simple, the function is formidable, may satisfy the hydraulic transmission experiment completely the test request. And introduced based on the interpolation principle observation data reduction method, introduced in with emphasis the hydraulic transmission experiment the data processing computer application. It takes the oil motor peoformance test experiment as an example.
