摘要
分析了注塑成型中熔接痕形成原因,基于Moldflow的MPI软件模拟分析了浇口位置对形成熔接痕的影响,应用Microsoft Visual C++编写程序自动调用MPI,自动调整浇口位置并计算熔接痕长度,对浇口位置进行了优化设计,为技术人员进行模具设计时选择最佳浇口位置、缩短设计周期、提高产品质量提供了便捷的方法。
The mechanism of the forming of weld-line is analyzed,The tmplication of gate tocatwn on weld-line is simulated and analyzed based on MPI of Moldflow. A program calling MPI based on Microsoft Visual C++ is written, by which the gate location is optimized by adjusting gate location and calculating length of weld-line, and offers a conventent destgnmg method when engmeers choose gate locatton and cut down destgn period and improve quality of products.
