摘要
分析了传统刀具系统及7:24工具锥柄与锥孔连接的不足之处,提出高速切削对刀具系统的要求,并探讨了刀具锥柄与机床连接系统的改进措施,和相应的安全技术,介绍了多种新型夹头及其主要特征和原理。
The shortcomings of conventional tool system and 7:24 tool taper handle and taper hole for interconnection are analyzed, and demands of tool taper holder system for HSC are proposed.The improvement measures and safety engineering about interconnection system of tool and machine tool are discussed.The new clamping chucks and their main character and principle are introduced in this paper.
