激光热处理球墨铸铁轧辊切削机理研究 被引量:2

摘要 经激光改性技术修复过的球墨铸铁轧辊,表面硬度可达(60-70)HRC。这给外表面加工带来很大的困难。经过对硬质合金、陶瓷、立方氮化硼(PCBN)刀具的切削性能进行比较。发现:用PCBN刀具加工轧辊,可实现以车代磨,PCBN刀具最适合加工激光修复过的球墨铸铁轧辊。并对PCBN刀具的切削机理、刀具磨损规律、改进方法、刀具几何参数、切削工艺参数等方面进行了深入研究。 The spheroial graphite roll which is restored in the laser modified technology has the high skin hardness. The ( 60~70 )HRC skin hardness makes the processing very difficult. After comparing the cutting functions among the carbide,ceramics and PCBN cutting tools we find: When using PCBN tools to cutting rolls,turning can replace grindingThePCBN tools most suitably process the spheroial graphite rolls which are restored in the laser modified techmology.We study the cut mechanism, the law of tools wearing, the improve method and technological parameters.
