摘要
分析滚齿加工的原理,并针对双驱动同步控制数控滚齿加工的控制要求,将刀具轴与工件轴的运动啮合关系进行了有效分解,建立了控制模型。由此,提出采用离散点来表征齿轮连续加工的图形仿真方法,可在嵌入式滚齿数控系统上进行集成应用。
Based on the principle motion of CNC gear hobbing machining, of gear hobbing and the request of dual-drive synchronous a control model was presented to decompose the gear meshing movement of the hob-spindle and the work-table. The continuous motion in the gear hobbing process has been performed by discrete points and a graphic simulation method was proposed, which could apply in embedded CNC gear hobbing system.
